[Live-demo] Compressing the VM - zero.fill

Just a heads up, it looks like you must reboot the vm and then run the
zero.fill operation in order to get maximum compression. I should have a
new 5.0alpha4 uploaded in a couple of hours that is much smaller to
download (probably 2.6 GB instead of 3.6 GB). Only difference is smaller
disk size.

It's just something I'll have to do by hand for now, though I'll look
into other ways to do it. Also happen to be exploring VBoxManage options
for compression once I ditch vmware in a few months.
