[Live-demo] GeoMoose install script

Hi All -

  I tried the newly available install_geomoose.sh on the recent LiveDVD VM
I notice that it unpacks and places geomoose, and runs a ./configure line, but no make

Mapserver is available, as the mapserver demo runs 

however, if I go to http://localhost/geomoose/geomoose.html
I get an interface, but OpenLayers shows a pink 'not found' layer
