[Live-demo] Adding tinyows to OSGEO-Live

Thanks Pirmin for putting tinyows forward and volunteering to take on 
the mentorship of the project.
I've added a few comments to your answers below. In particular, I'm 
looking to see words noting how stable the application is.

Can you please expand on this answer. In particular, I'm looking for 
confidence that this application is more than just alpha quality 
software that a single developer behind it, which still has the 
occasional show-stopper bug.

Are there any notable risk adverse agencies using this application? 
Please mention them.
Roughly how many people commit to the code base regularly?
Is there an active email list?
Is there anything else you can mention to provide confidence that the 
application is stable, and has a stable community behind it?

"No" is not a good answer to this question, as we are looking for 
applications which can be used on the osgeo-live dvd. However you 
mention that you can show off the application via qgis, which I think is 
acceptable.

As we are running out of disk space, it seems likely that future 
releases will not included windows or mac installers.
