[Live-demo] when do we update http://live.osgeo.org/ to version 4.5?

Thanks Alex for pulling together the windows and mac installer pages.
I've very quickly skimmed these pages, and I expect to have a few 
comments a bit later, but I'm comfortable that we release as is, without 
any changes.
