[Live-demo] should OSGeo Libraries be included in OSGeo-Live docs?

Our current criteria for including docs on OSGeo-Live is that the docs
describe an application which is installed and which the user can try out.
I have been asked whether a project can include docs if their
application is not installed, and my current opinion is that we should
only document and promote applications which have been proven to work by
our testers through by having the application installed on osgeo-live.
However, I do think that it is appropriate to include OSGeo-Libraries
which have completed incubation. GDAL, is already included on OSGeo-Live
since it has a command line interface which the user can use.
So my question is:
1. Should we invite OSGeo-Libraries to write a project overview on
OSGeo-Live?
2. If yes, which projects should we invite?
Just graduated projects, or projects in incubation as well?
The projects are:
FDO
GDAL/OGR (already on OSGeo-Live)
GEOS (in incubation)
GeoTools
MetaCRS (in incubation)
