Looks good.   I fixed the name, and link for JTS to point to Martin's
current site rather than the stranded one at Vivid Software.

Yes, looks reasonable with the caveat that GEOS implements only a portion
of the standard and words like Implements and Conforms sometimes have
particular meanings in the standards realm.

But that is already used for JTS so it might be a cop-out to grab it.
