[Live-demo] Chinese Translation for OSGeo Live needs a bit love

Hello List,

I stumbled about the docs and have seen, that there are several
warnings for links, some of them are :doc: references, some of them
are external links. To have an correct output for the upcoming FOSS4G
in Beijing we should fix this.

Its very important to add spaces before single quotas:

The following line would not be parsed correctly :
some text`PostgreSQL <http://www.postgresql.org>`_some other text

whereas this would be save:
some text `PostgreSQL <http://www.postgresql.org>`_ some other text

To help finding such problems please have a look at the error log at
   http://adhoc.osgeo.osuosl.org/livedvd/logs/nightly_build.err
and scan for
WARNING: Inline interpreted text or phrase reference start-string
without end-string.
warnings.

I've already fixed the index page but there are some more errors like
that mentioned above!
