[Live-demo] New apps for 6.0

I think here we should start to think a better way to save space :
-Remove the installer for osx and windows (put them in a separate disk and leave the link to download them inside the live).
-Tring to use as much we can the same set of data for all the apps … big challenge
-Switch to open-jdk for the java apps ,
this 3 steps will allow us to save a lot of space.
i don't like th idea to split the Live-Demo in function group (if the demo is used as showcase for the geo-app)
that idea make sense instead to build a Live dedicated for educational purpose (where the teacher/student needs more data more tutorials and less apps)
