Comment(by eyedol):

 The admin credentials in install_mysql.sh file looks good to so if that is
 ran before the install_ushahidi.sh script, then it should work if the
 install_mysql file runs successfully.

 Could someone test if this issue still exist? Otherwise, I'll go ahead and
 close this issue.
