[Live-demo] Add Localized Contact Info for OSGeo Live Translations ?

Dear list,

I suggest we adding localized contact info to the translated contact docs.

The English version of contact info page provides many useful links -
useful only if the reader does understand English. For people who need to
read translated docs, these links are usually not helpful.

I guess it's the local chapters' job to help those unable to overcome the
language barrier, so why not add LCs' contact info to translated contact
pages ? If there's no active mailing-list/IRC/group/forum available from
the LC, a list of translators with e-mails should be a good alternative. It
is, of couse, always the translator's personal decision whether he/she
should be listed at this place.
