Comment:

 Seems like the recent change results in the following error for me:

 # Insert the test page from wiki into the HTML test.html placeholder
 sed -e '/<h1>Test/,100000d' _build/html/en/test.html > /tmp/osgeolive_make
 sed: can't read _build/html/en/test.html: No such file or directory
 make: *** [test_page] Error 2
 }}}
 I suggest to remove the targets "test_page" and
 "Live_GIS_Disc_Testing.html" from the Makefile.
