[Live-demo] Addistional packages for workshops

Booting from USB or VM is preferred, but not required. Installing additional 
packages is also possible when booting from DVD. You're limited by RAM and 
temporary storage and the packages are lost when shutting down.

I don't think the OSGeo-live SVN is the best place for administrating workshop 
configurations. A wiki is very easy to use and anybody can publish a 
configuration (even an hour before the workshop starts). I initially planned to 
write a generic installation script, but preferred this solution, because you 
don't need additional software at runtime and can use the browser for 
selecting a workshop. For non-deb packages you can simply add a wiki page with 
installation instructions. The instructions can be as easy as 1. download 
install_workshop_xy.sh and 2. run it with "sudo bash install_workshop_xy.sh"
