[Live-demo] Which conferences/events are showcasing OSGeo-Live?

I'm planning to put out a press release within week or two highlighting 
where people can pick up an OSGeo-Live DVD/USB or see the OSGeo-Live 
lightening overview.

This also highlights how the OSGeo marketing presence has grown 
substantially over the last few years - from one FOSS4G event per year, 
to many.

If there are conferences, workshops, or similar which are using 
OSGeo-Live, which are not listed, or if the following events have 
incorrect information, could people please update it, or let me know.

In particular, I'm interested to know:
1. Is an OSGeo-Live DVD/USB going to be handed to all delegates.
2. If not handed to all delegates, will a DVD be handed out from a 
stand, or handed out to workshop attendees? (Note a USB is better for a 
workshop)
3. Will someone be presenting a derivative of the OSGeo-Live lightening 
overview?
4. If you know, how many attendees will there be, or how many DVD/USBs 
will be handed out.
