 I added a couple of links and a PDF ebook to
 doc/en/quickstart/osgeolive_quickstart.rst

  * the xfce wiki help is pretty thin
  * No two ways about it, http://ubuntu-manual.org is gorgeous
  * any good links to "Getting started with the Xfce desktop" and "Getting
 started with Linux" would be appreciated. Free e-books we can ship are
 best.
