[Live-demo] pycsw in OSGeo Live.

Hi Cameron,

Yes, pycsw 1.0 is stable and passes all OGC CITE tests. Additional to 
CSW 2.0.2, it also includes support for:

- INSPIRE Discovery Services
- CSW-T
- FGDC profile
- NASA DIF

The upcoming releases will include:
- JSON output
- WMS harvest support for APISO
- ogc:Function support
- ebRIM profile support and many more

Also, work has recently been done to enable pycsw as the csw endpoint 
for geonode:

As for deployment, apart from us using it, there has been interest from 
users and organizations (especially in Europe due to INSPIRE support), 
but there is no finished portal to our knowledge at this moment using 
pycsw. It is difficult to track such deployments.

We feel that pycsw is mature enough for the Live DVD and that new users 
will be attracted to use it.
