[Live-demo] Geoserver problem on livedvd 6.0

Due to licensing we do not include Mrsid or ECW libraries for gdal in
OSGeo-Live. Since it sounds like you've installed OSGeo Live as your
operating system you can add these drivers with a few extra steps.
