[Live-demo] which version of PostGIS on OSGeo-Live? What apps will be effected?

Based upon feedback so far, I'm incline to suggest that we include
PostGIS 2.0 on OSGeo-Live (and no prior versions).
It seems like there will be a couple of projects which might need to
make some tweaks to their applications, something that would be in the
pipeline for these applications' development paths already.
So I propose:
1. We discuss this at our weekly meeting tomorrow:
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meetingdetails.html?year=2012&month=11&day=22&hour=19&min=30&sec=0&p1=179&p2=224&p3=240&p4=215&p5=136&p6=240
2. Assuming all agree, test installing PostGIS 2.0 only for the next few
OSGeo-Live builds. If a showstopper issue is found, then roll back to
1.5.2-2.
Our key criteria is that all quickstarts work, and applications which
can connect to a Postgis data source have been tested to see if they can
still do so, at least for a simple case.
