Basically ask projects to focus on the install scripts, package that up as a separate project.
Make the "osgeo-live", "osgeo-windows" and "osgeo-mac" projects "downstream" projects that run the install scripts as part of their packaging script.
(Note the live-demo project still has a massive documentation / QA / integration testing burden, this is more about factoring out the install scripts)
Note this would only be worth while if we can make the install scripts cross platform windows, mac, linux. The current scripts "almost" work on mac in may cases.
