[Live-demo] IRIS Project Overview reviewed

I've reviewed the IRIS Project Overview, have made a few tweaks.
It is looking pretty good.
While only minor, I suggest that it would be good to remove some of the 
white space in the image, and remove the IRIS logo from the image (as 
the logo is already on the Project Overview page).

Missing still is an IRIS Quickstart. (Current quickstart points to 
external docs, which is too light for OSGeo-Live requirements. We need a 
5 to 15 minute quickstart which can be run from OSGeo-Live, when offline).
