 Quickstart tells uses to open file:

 File ‣ Open Image ‣
 /home/user/data/raster/cape_cod/p011r031_7t19990918_z19_nn10.tif

 However, there is no cape_cod dataset on OSGeo-Live. I suggest using one
 of the default datasets instead.
