 - WFS is a core C++ plugin - so no download necessary
  - Is PG DB fixed in OSGeo Live 7.0 (#1234)?
  - "ErrorConfigFile: No layer NameSpace prefix defined" is caused by an
 invalid tinyows config. Too late to fix for OSGeo Live 7.0?
