 New package is up on Precise with the contrib folder.

 You can remove the postgresql-9.1-postgis-2.0-scripts from apt-get and
 change postgresql-9.1-postgis to posgresql-9.1-postgis-2.0. Keep postgis
 and proj. This will install PostgreSQL, the Postgis lib and scripts.

 I tried running the same command you're using in the script in a clean VM
 and it all seems to be working fine and I've been running a PostGIS DB on
 Raring using the new PostGIS package and it all seem fine.
