[Live-demo] Update OSGeo-Live Project Overviews and Quickstarts - geoserver

Let me summarize the current state:
* geoserver is in version 2.3.3 on 7.0
* we would like to get 2.3.4 on it
* 2.3.4 will be build and released this weekend

what's new from my point of view:
* Translation completed for Dutch, German, Korean and close to is Chinese
(98%) - will come with 2.3.4
* INSPIRE plugin made it into release (since 2.3.2)
* several Security Subsystem Improvements
* SQL Server performance improvements
* etc.

I hope we get 2.3.4 on OSGeo live 7.0 although we already have feature
freeze. It would be great to get all the translated UI's for GeoServer in
it because all the translation teams did a great job to (almost) finish it.

Any opinions?
