Version 1.1.4? Really weird, that was never released by Sun/Oracle.
GeoTools and family use 1.1.3
http://download.java.net/media/jai/builds/release/1_1_3/LICENSE-jai.txt
Is the license the same?
Odd that it's brought up now, GeoTools and GeoServer have been using those
packages
for something like 10 years...
