[Live-demo] OSGeoLive 6.5.1 RC1 - fixing #1147

Hi all,

Recently we found out of a major issue in OSGeoLive 6.5 and 7.0alpha:
Some projects used some non-free libraries in their packaging that 
cannot be redistributed with safety.

To address the above problem we have prepared a 6.5.1RC1 release and we 
need to test.

The issue was also fixed in trunk.
