Side note, Packages are scripts+source. A change like this is a
modification to a text file (control) and a re-upload of the package.
You are correct the burden of many parts moves to ensuring that packages
work correctly, which in the long run is better for all end users not
just the Live builds.
I'm sure this was tracked down via error messages in testing.
