[Live-demo] vcredist_x86 not able to download

Hello,

I checked out trunk and want to build the full iso myself for testing.

I came by an error that vcredist_x86.exe is not able to download from 
http://home.gdal.org/tmp/vcredist_x86.exe.
Suggest to download from 
http://download.microsoft.com/download/5/B/C/5BC5DBB3-652D-4DCE-B14A-475AB85EEF6E/vcredist_x86.exe.

Is that ok to change and commit new file?
