[Live-demo] Installing osgeo-live-vm-7.9.7z with Oracle VirtualBox

I actually updated the svn version of the instructions last month to add
that apt-get update is required before any packages can be upgraded and
that in the event that linux-headers-generic run at the wrong time can
actually pull the wrong headers. An update and reboot should work before
adding the guest additions.

I should probably push those edits to the online version.
