 I have just tested the latest build (146):

 The applications are installed and work fine when launched from desktop
 shortcuts.

 Unfortunately, the Geospatial menu launchers are not working properly
 (Imagelinker and OssimPlanet), so this ticket is not yet completely
 fixed...
