[Live-demo] Starting the build process for OSGeo-Live 9.5 - Iris

Hi all,

Can some one guide me on how to go about packaging the latest stable
release of Iris for use with apt-get?  I think Angelos did it last time.

The Iris project packages everything using the conda environment which
works across linux distributions, is it possible to use the existing conda
packages?
