[Live-demo] ipynb iris examples

Hi All -

  minor change to install_jupyer.sh, and lots of new Notebooks in  IRIS dir

this time around, I made a shallow clone of master branch only

git clone --depth 1 --single-branch --branch master https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive.git osgeolive_github_master

  then make a new branch##     git checkout -b  jupyter_ipynb_iris

  make some changes.. push the branch to my Kallithea

git push http://SERVER:PORT/osgeolive_athens +jupyter_ipynb_iris

  and .. tell epifanio and kalxas and the list .. more soon
