 The online docs could make users on Debian, Ubuntu and other derivatives
 aware that the `rasterio` & `fiona` commands are used for the Debian
 packages, because both `/usr/bin/rio` & `/usr/bin/fio` are already used by
 other packages included in the distribution.

 If you want to go with `rio` & `fio` for the OSGeo-Live package you need
 to drop the renaming patch and related packaging changes in an osgeo
 branch.
