[Live-demo] OSGeoLive 9.5 status: alpha2

Hi Pieter,

It would be nice to have debian packages for ossim-plugins and 
ossim-planet in our ppa.
Perhaps you would like to start by reading the DebianGIS policy and some 
packaging tutorials.
