 today, see:

 The Debian packages have been updated and uploaded to unstable. Those
 releases have also been backported to Ubuntu xenial for OSGeo-Live in
 their respective branches of the git repositories:

 JOSM doesn't use any dependencies that have been updated for xenial in the
 OSGeo-Live nightly PPA, but the nightly PPA has been enabled in the build
 environments (cowbuilder & Launchpad) for correctness.
