 Goal: updating the leaflet quickstart for the FOSS4G 2016 at Bonn

 First problem:
     MapNik is running but there is no map. So I tried the mapnik
 quickstart

 MapNik quickstart needs to be review: mapnik2 python module doesn't exist
 => mapnik instead

 So I need to find how to modify leaflet-demo.html file but there is issues
 with mapnik too
