 OGRSFDriverRegistrar has been deprecated in GDAL 2.x.

 The removal of the methods is documented in the
 [https://svn.osgeo.org/gdal/trunk/gdal/MIGRATION_GUIDE.TXT MIGRATION GUIDE
 FROM GDAL 1.11 to GDAL 2.0]:
