[Live-demo] OTB 5.8 issue

Hi guys

The OTB apps list does not appear in Monteverdi.  I had to inject an
environment path using a workaround script.  The same goes for Mapla,
although thats not a menu item.

The shell script looks like this:

#!/bin/sh
export OTB_APPLICATION_PATH=/usr/lib/otb/applications
monteverdi

How does one include such an environment variable in Lubuntu's .desktop
files?
