[Live-demo] Translations and Proj4 documentation

Hi,
Thank you Vicky and Julien to get involved with this :)
Transifex is really simple to use for translator. You just have to
translate the strings.
There is sometime some code chunks to let in place but in osgeo-live, I
don't remember seen that much.
