[Live-demo] about osgeo and sponsors

I am sure marketing can help every 10 years when we change branding :) More
seriously you are doing a great job contacting projects, if committee want
a say they will need to step up.

For example feedback about mission and vision should of been communicated
by the board last year. The same for changing sponsors.

Right now the marketing department is fielding questions about printing
osgeo live USB sticks, and is not set up with enough budget for that in
2017. For next year the osgeo live project may wish to set its own budget.
