[Live-demo] Name inconsisetnecies

​I am confused with the name of our project:

OSGeo-Live: is used on the documentation (with a dash) & We applied using
the dash
OSGeo Live: is used on the logo (no dash, dont know about space)
OSGeoLive: is used on gogs & GitHub (no dash no space)
osgeolive: is used on IRC
demo-live: is used in the mailing lists
Live GIS disc: is used in the wiki
