[Live-demo] Name inconsisetnecies

My likely meaningless take on the matter:

My understanding is the current name is "OSGeo Live" or maybe
"OSGeo-Live".  Consistency here would be good.

I think live.osgeo.org is correct as it translates directly to OSGeo Live
(DNS name parts read backwards, at least to English speakers).  The other
listed options are redundant (OSGeo OSGeo-Live) or implies it isn't part of
OSGeo (which depending on incubation status maybe it isn't.  I always
looked at OSGeo Live as an outreach and educational activity of OSGeo
rather than a project like MapServer... I could easily be wrong here.).

The Live-Demo mailing list name is a historical artifact, but would likely
be hard to change.

"Live GIS disk" sounds like it maybe should be updated (assuming doing so
doesn't break links).

#osgeolive and OSGeoLive are relatively standard ways to alter the name to
fit various platform conventions.  So, at least to me, these aren't
inherently inconsistent.
