[Lizmap] QGIS 3.10 support

Hi all,
given all the trouble with gdal/proj migration, missing support for QGIS
3.4 etc, it is quite likely that we'll end up breaking 3.4 in major
distros (Debian, Ubuntu etc.), so it seems safe to me to include QGIS
3.10 support in Lizmap as soon as possible. Are there plans for this?
Any idea of how much work is involved?
