[Lizmap] New version 1.2.3 of wfsOutputExtension QGIS Server plugin

Hi all,

We have just released a new version of the QGIS Server plugin 
wfsOutputExtension: 1.2.3 
https://github.com/3liz/qgis-wfsOutputExtension/releases/tag/v1.2.3

This new version contains 2 bugfixes :
* Fix race condition on multi-serveur platform
* Fix QGIS Server / OGR loads schema when reading GML

This plugin is useful to download layers data as different formats.
