[Lizmap] External WMS slowdown

Hi all,
I noticed that a large number of external WMS in a project slows down
initial loading of the project. I assume this is due to a
``GetCapabilities`` call on project parsing. Am I right? Is there a way
of avoiding this, and calling ``GetCapabilities`` only on layer
activation? In this way one could e.g. have external WMS in a mutually
exclusive group, so only ona call is issued at a time.
