[Lizmap] Unable to change default password or create a user

Hi Lizmap champions,
I have set everything right and can be able to publish a map but when I try
to change the default  password or create another user  and  I am getting
the following application error "Error 500. A technical error has occured.
Sorry for this trouble" I have set up the details for the user admin and
redirected to my personal email address.
Any help will be appreciated.
