Bonsoir Phillipe,

I think Alain is correct with the QGIS desktop version. You should only 
use the latest LTR version for generating your projects. I have, 
however, seen that the QGIS server version is not soooo important, but 
it should be at least the same as LTR or newer.

You should also check that your layers you want to plot in Dataviz are 
spatial (points or whatever). So it does not help to have a column for x 
and one for y axis to plot...you also need the geometry column and a 
unique ID for the records. I do it with views in PostGIS...that is the 
easiest.
