Just so I know, does anyone know how to operate these plugins on Windows without modifying the installation files?

There is a bug in lizmap backend. Some signs (I believe brackets) are not url-encoded. It needs to be encoded to get a result from QGIS Server

I had already followed the instructions on this web page… But without success. May be a problem with the configuration of Qgis server (see log below).That's why I'm looking for a solution.

I did, however, create an atlas on the popup layer in Qgis.
Are we talking about an atlas in Qgis or an atlas in the Lizmap plugin?

Yes, Lizmap only needs a layout with atlas enabled on that particular feature.
