[Lizmap] Scale based layer rendering

I am having trouble with layers whose visibility has been conditioned
through scaling, on desktop they work very fine but on web-client these
layers are not visible even after attaining the zoom scale set. In this link

customer_accounts,
Appurtenances and plots have been conditioned to be visible on various
scale level but they aint visible, someone help me sort this issue out.
Also my print function generates a format not readable, how do i
resolve this?
