[Lizmap] draw tool and printing

I think I found the pattern: if the layout has two map objects with
one defined as overview of the other, then drawings will not be
printed. If removing the map object that serves as an overview then
all works ok. And if only the ovwerview property is removed (leaving
the second map object) then only one map is printed, but this I guess
is https://github.com/3liz/lizmap-web-client/issues/1605
