[Lizmap] Lizmap 3.5 RC-2 has been released, call for translation

Hi,

The Lizmap team has released the Release Candidate 2 for the next version
3.5.

You can find the package on :
https://packages.3liz.org/pub/lizmap/release/3.5/

As it's a new version, there are some new strings to translate.
Transifex has been updated.

No coding skills are required to translate into your local language ;-)

We are busy merging some last pull requests and testing this version.
and we are hoping to make the first stable 3.5.0 release very soon.
